Worked example: a founder feature about the author
The first real run of this workflow was on the author's own story. These are the documents it produced, as they stand, with the verification sheet that shows how far each statement can be trusted.
Disclosure. The subject of the example is the person who built the tool, and he supplied the interview and pointed the workflow at his own notes and code. The material is founder-prepared, was drafted with AI assistance, and has been through AI review passes. None of that is independent verification, and the documents say so.
The feature
The designed article: headline, standfirst, at-a-glance panel, a highlight band, case studies and a timeline. Also as a PDF.
The verification sheet
Every consequential statement mapped to its basis and status, with what is still unchecked.
The promotional pack
Posts, profile copy, website copy and a video brief, none saying more than the feature.
The fact sheet
What each business does and its stage, with future plans labelled.
What to look for
- The article reads like a profile. The reporting caveats are in the verification sheet, where an editor can check each statement's basis.
- The startup is named because it is a public brand and agreed to be described; clients are named only where they are already public case studies; the agency, the developers and every figure stay out.
- The article ends on the next test, not on a triumph.
Not in the pack: the private claim ledger, the gathered notes, the research registers and the interview records. Those stay with the founder by design.
